Usually within 2 to 5 business days. CurtisJ reads everything; the email replies may run longer if the question requires looking at a specific dish, photographing a step, or testing a substitution before answering.
Media and partnerships
One to two weeks for a real reply. CurtisJ takes very few brand collaborations and only ones that fit the site’s editorial standard. If your pitch does not fit, a polite no comes back faster than a yes.
